KIMBER SMITH, Chief Operations Officer | View Profile Kimber Smith joined Prudential in 1988, working as a Sales Associate in both residential and commercial real estate from 1988 to 1992. He received his broker’s license in 1992 and became a Sales Manager with the company the same year. Smith has served on many local and state real estate association committees, and has held numerous offices including President of the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS® (WAAR), and President of the Williamsburg Multiple Listing Service (WMLS). He won WAAR’s REALTOR® Rookie of the Year award in1989, REALTOR® of the Year Award in 1994, the Code of Ethics Award in 2003, and the WAAR Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009. RANDY SMITH, Executive Vice President Randy Smith started her career in real estate in 1974, and has received numerous awards from the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS® (WAAR) including Salesperson of the Year, REALTOR® of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Award. She has served as the President of the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS® and the Williamsburg Women’s Council of REALTORS®. Randy also served on the advisory boards of three banks, the Board of Directors of Housing Partnerships Inc., and Williamsburg Heart Fund. Randy is a member of the Peninsula Home Builders’ Association Sales and Marketing Council and James River Association. She is on the board for Friends of National Park Service of Greenspring. In 2005, Randy and Kimber Smith were named the Small Business Persons of the Year by the Williamsburg Area Chamber of Commerce.

He was a GSH Rookie of the Year in 2000 and continued a successful career as a REALTOR® through 2007 when he combined his passion for both teaching and real estate and became the Principles of Real Estate instructor for GSH’s Real Estate School.
